Dear Parents and Students,
This post will provide information on specific curriculum expectations for Grade 2 Math.
Students:
Click on the title "Mathematics Expectations" to access the 200's chart to help you skip count numbers on our worksheets and for a fun game to play.
*You will find the 200's chart on page 3 once you click on the link.
Parents:
According to the Ontario Curriculum Standards and expectation number 2m19, students must be able to "count forward by 1's, 2's, 5's, 10's, and 25's to 200, using number lines and hundreds charts, starting from multiples of 1, 2, 5, and 10 (e.g., count by 5's from 15; count by 25's from 125)".
Here are some skip counting worksheets and games:

If you have any questions or concerns about how to use the 200's chart, or other ways to skip count, please contact me or post a comment on the blog.
